I was mowing my yard today and I ran over an ant bed, and for the first time I was struck by something. Have you ever though about the fact that as soon as you so much as move one grain of dirt on an ant bed there suddenly appears 100s of frantic ants going absolutely crazy!!! SOOOO my question is...what are they doing right before I upset the ant bed? Are they just like sitting like sprinters in their starting blocks? or are they like down there playing texas holdem? how are they that ready and willing to just explode out and if you stay there long enough attack with vicious anger like a badger with rabies.

Wow. That is a profound thing I have never thought about.

My Nashville experience is getting better, I've been making connections with some other writers up here and we've started doing a little collaberation and one of them is with this girl who has some publishing connections already and she's really interested in having me write for her so we'll see...I've got some phone numbers, done some stuff with people, and in short, things are getting better. I miss you guys though.

man, if i heard a noise like that of a lawn mower, and the size ratio between a lawn mower and me was like 1000000:1, i'd probably be thinking that God was really upset.
